Chapter · The visit & the laboratory
A short visit to a partner phlebotomy site. A specialist immunology lab. Twelve days. One quarterly issue, composed for you alone.
Choose a window at one of our partner phlebotomy sites — a quiet draw room, weekdays and weekends, most of them within a short walk or drive. We send a card with your subscriber number and the requisition.
A trained phlebotomist takes a single venous draw — a few small tubes, fifteen minutes from the moment you sit down. The samples are couriered, cold-chained, to our partner laboratory the same day.
Your sample is processed in a CLIA-certified specialist immunology lab. Sixty-three markers. Each reading triple-measured. A standardised functional assay challenges your white cells and watches how vigorously they answer.
Twelve days after dispatch, your issue arrives in the app. A flower dial. An archetype. A pull quote. Marginalia where the numbers want context. A trajectory chart that lengthens, quarter by quarter.
Four issues a year. The first is a portrait; the rest is a story. The dataset only becomes itself across time — your baseline, your seasons, the patterns long before any symptoms.
